Tests
The maximum amount of safety is the utmost priority in our production. The impeccable quality of our products is permanently substantiated by standardised and extensive material and product tests.

Already upon receipt of materials, fibres and resin systems, for instance, undergo checks in our material control. Every vessel produced is tested at 1.5 times the working pressure prior to despatch. Every 200th  vessel is also subjected to a burst test (burst pressure at 300 bar working pressure exceeds 1200 bar). In addition every 1000th vessel is cycle tested (12000 cycles of 30 to 450 bar) and subsequently bursted. The permanent testing of specific material values during production is a matter of course.

Optimisation
Along with our core business (vessel production), we conduct active research to optimise our products. In this respect the permanent development of materials and production processes is essential.

Our progress in this area enables us to develop CNG vessels to customer specifications from the automobile and industrial sectors as well as vessels with higher pressure ratings.
